Early-bird registration for XXVI RiNEm 2026 is now open.
Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration
and ensure that your paper is included in the conference program.
Early-bird registration applies to participants who complete the registration
and payment within the early-bird period. All accepted papers must have at least
one registered author in order to be included in the final conference program.
Each registered participant can present at most two papers
at the conference, independently of whether the presentations are oral or poster.
The final submission of the paper is required only when corrections or template
adjustments are explicitly needed (for example, comments from reviewers or
formatting issues with the conference template).

For every accepted paper, at least one author must be registered (registration form submitted and fee paid on this website) by the specified deadline. A single registration allows the author to present up to two accepted papers at RiNEm 2026.

- there are errors in the template or formatting that must be corrected.

At least one author must be fully registered for each accepted paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference program.
Registration form (including payment)
SIEm members are not subject to VAT and receive a receipt, not an invoice.
Non-members receive an electronic invoice with VAT explicitly indicated.
Invoices issued by SIEm are electronic invoices, including those for individuals,
and are generated automatically by the system upon registration and payment.
Please remember to indicate a valid PEC (certified email) address to receive electronic invoices.
Registration fees are listed in the above shown table. Discounted fees for SIEm members apply only to those
members who are compliant with membership fee payments for previous years. Lunches, coffee breaks,
and the social dinner are included in the registration fee.
